Our direct projects

In this collection, you'll find the coffees we originally selected directly from the producing countries. They are the fruits of journeys, meetings, and relationships built over time with those who cultivate and process coffee with the same care we use to roast it in Florence.
Every batch originates from a direct relationship with the producer: we know the people, the processes, and the stories behind every bean. This is the most transparent and sincere way we interpret the Specialty coffee supply chain: without intermediaries, only real connections and quality traceable back to its origin.
This is the heart of our work: unique coffees, personally selected, roasted to express identity and terroir.
