The composition is not random: each coffee was chosen for its true versatility in extraction and the role it plays in our roasting project.
Bom Dia is the starting point and daily reference. Single-origin Brazilian coffee, roasted for espresso and moka pots, offers a sweet, structured, and easily digestible cup, with low and well-integrated acidity. The two bags allow for seamless use, whether in a moka pot or espresso, making it the cornerstone of the box.
Maya embodies the filter approach: a coffee designed for low-concentration extractions, where cleanliness, aromatic transparency, and greater complexity emerge. It's the ideal coffee for exploring filter extraction methods.
Jabena is the link between worlds. An extremely flexible coffee, it lends itself to both espresso and filter, maintaining its balance and identity. It's the "transversal" envelope of the box: one that allows you to experiment, compare, and understand how the same raw material can express itself differently depending on the extraction method.
