Recommended for those who have already experienced coffee cupping but also for those who are approaching coffee tasting for the first time and want to learn more.

HOW THE CUPPING SESSION TAKES PLACE

For the morning session:

Meeting point at the coffee roastery is 15 minutes before the beginning of the event for the welcome coffee.

Tasting starts at 11am o'clock or at 3:30pm in case of afternoon session!

Duration around 1:30 hour.

We put 10 coffees on the table for comparison, sharing the tasting with the participants at the same time. To make the experience stimulating and useful, we organise a traditional 'Brazilian' tasting, professionally called Cupping. We do not use Espresso because Cupping allows for a sharper appreciation of the differences between the coffees and can be shared. The event lasts about 1:30 hour, and is by reservation only for a limited number of 12 people.
