An advanced tasting experience designed for those who want to take their palate to the next level.
The Advanced Cupping Session is an immersive sensory workshop at La Sosta Roastery, designed for those who have already participated in a cupping session or are familiar with the world of specialty coffee.
During the session, we will work on a selection of 10–12 top-quality coffees: rare micro-lots, competitive selections, and unique profiles rarely seen outside of professional competitions.
It's not just about tasting, but about understanding in depth. We will analyze each coffee together, exploring:
- structure and balance
- aromatic complexity
- flaws and cleanliness in the cup
- differences between origins, processes, and roasts
The goal is to refine sensory language, improve evaluation skills, and develop greater awareness in recognizing quality and style.
HOW IT WORKS
Meet at the roastery at 2:45 PM for a welcome coffee and introduction.
Tasting begins at 3:00 PM.
The session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Seats are limited to 16 participants to ensure an in-depth and interactive experience.
