Before starting the tasting we will do a very quick introduction to our roastery, how we roast, how we work and how we take care about you throungh the first choiche on the beans.

Every session we add seasonal news, differente coffees, different roasts to make the experience always different, enjoyble and full of information.

Recommended for those who have already experienced coffee cupping but also for the coffee lover who wants to go deeper in coffee coffee tasting through a quinck, intense and complete session.

HOW THE FULL CUPPING SESSION TAKES PLACE

THE FULL Cupping Session experince can be organized on a specific day in the morning or in the afternoon, or even in a double session Morning/Afternoon on the same day, based on the requests and the availability of the organizators. 

The MORNING session at 11am:

- Meeting at 10:45 at the Roastery, for the welcome coffee;

- At 11am o'clock will start the session. Don't be late, be on time! 

The AFTERNOON session at 3:30pm:

- Meeting at 3:10pm at the Roastery, for the welcome coffee;

- At 3:30pm o'clock will start the session. Don't be late, be on time! 

Duration around 1:30 hour.

We put 8/10 coffees on the table for comparison, always with news, sharing the tasting with the participants at the same time. To make the experience stimulating and useful, we organise a traditional 'Brazilian' tasting, professionally called Cupping. We do not use Espresso because Cupping allows for a sharper appreciation of the differences between the coffees and can be shared. The event lasts about 1:30 hour, and is by reservation only for a limited number of 16 people.
