Before starting the tasting, we'll give a brief introduction to La Sosta roasting: how we roast, how we work, and how we care about you with top-quality products.
Each session will feature 10-12 different coffees, including seasonal new varieties, different roasts, and unique coffees, ensuring the experience is always diverse, engaging, and comprehensive.
Recommended for those who have already tried the coffee cupping experience, but also for enthusiasts who want to deepen their knowledge of coffee through a short, intense and complete tasting experience.

How does THE FULL Cupping Session take place?
THE FULL Cupping Session Experience takes place approximately once a month, in the morning, in the afternoon, or even with a double morning/afternoon session, based on the requests and availability of the organization.
MORNING session at 11:00 AM:
- Meet at the roastery at 10:45 am for a welcome coffee.
- Tasting starts at 11:00 AM sharp! Don't delay, because the session will begin promptly.
AFTERNOON session at 3:30 PM:
- Meet at the roastery at 3:15 pm for a welcome coffee.
- Tasting starts at 3:30 PM sharp! Don't delay, because the session will begin promptly.
Duration approximately 1:30 hour.
