Nel corso delle settimane successive, il profilo aromatico evolve: la pressione dei gas residui diminuisce e la percezione sensoriale tende a stabilizzarsi, rendendo la tazza più coerente, leggibile e bilanciata nelle diverse modalità di estrazione.

Questo caffè è stato tostato il 17 giugno e si trova in una fase di equilibrio aromatico avanzato: ancora qualitativamente integro e pienamente godibile, ma al di fuori dell’intervallo temporale che adottiamo per la nostra vendita standard.
