Private coffee-tasting session with Cupping, for groups of 2 until 18 people maximum, inside LA SOSTA SPECIALTY COFFEE's roastery-laboratory.
Recommended for those who have already experienced coffee cupping but also for those who are approaching coffee tasting for the first time and want to learn more.
We put 8 to 10 coffees on the table for comparison, sharing the tasting with the participants at the same time. To make the experience stimulating and useful, we organise a traditional 'Brazilian' tasting, professionally called Cupping. We do not use Espresso because Cupping allows a sharper appreciation of the differences between the coffees and can be shared.
