After an introduction to Specialty Coffee and a guided tour of the Roastery 

we will talk about coffee tasting.

Explanation about how we taste coffee and what is the "CUPPING"  and how it works.

This experience is almost for full practise, indeed for 3 hours you will dive into 3 coffee tasting sessions by Cupping in other words the professional method to taste coffee, international recognized.

Figuring out how much the coffees can be different each other throught different origins, varieties and roast levels.
