HOW THE CUPPING SESSION TAKES PLACE

For the morning session:

Meeting point at the coffee roastery at 10:45pm, for the welcome coffee.

Tasting starts at 11am o'clock!

Duration around 1:30 hour.

We put 12 coffees on the table for comparison, sharing the tasting with the participants at the same time. To make the experience stimulating and useful, we organise a traditional 'Brazilian' tasting, professionally called Cupping. We do not use Espresso because Cupping allows for a sharper appreciation of the differences between the coffees and can be shared. The event lasts about 1:30 hour, and is by reservation only for a limited number of 12 people.
