Specialty coffees tend to be light roasted and getting lost into the milk.
This is the reason why we made THE BREAK the Specialty blend ideal for Cappuccino.
We have selected 2 coffees, one comes from Ethiopia and one comes from Brazil.
We roast both of them separately at Medium roast degree, it makes the beans of matte brown colour without external oils presence. This is our way to roast for Espresso.
We suggest to use fresh whole milk, not industrial if it is possibile.
