The Specialty blend made for every day use

For a smooth and balanced Specialty Espresso.

After many trails we selected 2 coffees to build our blend, roasted separately and then blend already cooked: one BRAZIL Natural 84 and one GUATEMALA Washed 86 points, that together create a smooth cup, pleasent and satisfying.

We roast both the coffees using due different profiles that develop the beans at a level we call MEDIUM-LIGHT roast, useful to enhance a Specialty Coffee for Espresso, but for some palates great even for French Press.

EVERYDAY is thought to be a simple specialty coffee for Espresso and Moka pot with limited acidity, sweet and smooth for every day use.

We suggest our EVERYDAY for Espresso, good also with milk but it gives the best by itself, no sugars needed.
