The choice of the plastic V60 compare to other materials is because the plastic tends to do not absorbe heat but it manteins the heat into the cone, improving the temperature keeping trhought out all the extraction.

It is also great to bring with your when your travel because it is solid, difficult to break and easy to clean, by hand and into the dishwasher.

To prepare a coffee with the white plastic 01 V60 we recomend to us from 12g up to 15g of medium ground coffee for 200-250g of water at 92-92° C temperature, for a total extraction time of 1:30 to 2:30.

The name V60 is because of the cone shape of 90° wide. The cone is a funnel that drive down the water flow to centre.
