Recommended for those who have already experienced coffee cupping but also for those who are approaching coffee tasting for the first time and want to learn more.

We only open the doors of the coffee roasting facility to the public on one Saturday a month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. For this occasion, we organise a CUPPING SESSION for a maximum of 10 people each time, by reservation only.

HOW THE CUPPING SESSION TAKES PLACE:

Meeting point at the coffee roastery at 10:45 a.m.

Tasting starts at 11:00 o'clock.

Duration: 1 hour.

We put 8 to 10 coffees on the table for comparison, sharing the tasting with the participants at the same time. To make the experience stimulating and useful, we organise a traditional 'Brazilian' tasting, professionally called Cupping. We do not use Espresso because Cupping allows for a sharper appreciation of the differences between the coffees and can be shared. The event lasts about 1 hour, and is by reservation only for a limited number of 10 people.
